NextGen: Walk the Talk - Spring

Liliʻuokalani Center

Walk the Talk is your opportunity to grow as a leader and make a difference. This 16-week program focuses on identity, purpose, and values, helping you discover who you are and how you can create change in your school, ʻohana, and community.

Across the Spring Term, you’ll take part in hands-on service projects that strengthen teamwork, confidence, and kuleana. These experiences show how leadership begins with action and connection.

You’ll also engage in reflective talk-story sessions that explore identity, culture, and leadership. Through these conversations, you’ll learn how choices and actions can inspire others while building skills in communication, collaboration, and decision-making.

By the end of the program, you’ll leave with more than leadership skills, you’ll carry a sense of purpose and the confidence to lead with heart. Walk the Talk isn’t just a name, it’s a way of life.

Come ready to serve, reflect, and lead.
